Certification and Reporting 

Upon successful completion of the above checks, Investment Checkers issues a Restricted Investor Certificate to the individual investor. The certificate includes the investor's name, certification status (high net worth individual or sophisticated investor), and a unique identification number. We also provide a comprehensive report detailing the checks performed and the basis for certification.

The Restricted Investor Certificate is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Investors are required to renew their certification annually to ensure their continued eligibility under the prevailing regulatory requirements.
